Description This course will study the meaning, scope, methods and benefits of learning psychology, constructivism and mathematics learning, aspects that influence mathematics learning outcomes (the self and its role in mathematics learning, HOTS and mathematical disposition, resilience, mathematical anxiety, and emotional intelligence, motivation to learn mathematics), students' mathematics learning difficulties (including students with special needs), learning theories (Piaget, Vigotsky, B. F. Skinner, Thorndike, Pavlov, Watson, Albert Bandura, M. Gagne and David P. Ausubel, Jerome S. Bruner, Van Hiele and Zoltan P. Dieanes), and solving psychological problems in students' mathematics learning.
